We begin with a one-on-one virtual session to understand your sport, goals, and any mindset challenges you may face. Each week, you’ll learn mental performance strategies based in sport psychology – built around how you train and compete — customized for your season, personality, goals & needs.
You’ll build tools to stay calm and focused under pressure, develop a reset routine to recover quickly from mistakes, and strengthen confidence you can trust in any moment — all through simple, practical strategies you can use before, during, and after competition.
